I thought this summer would've provided me ample opportunity to be writing all the musics. Unfortunately I made the mistake of wanting "money" and thinking I could use a "place of employment" and as a result am now left with a job that eats up all my time and leaves me with not much creativity left.
So, the only logical thing to do would be enter the biggest audio competition of the summer. While I need no more stress in my life, after last year I am bound and determined to make it past round one, and I've got some ideas already brewing. Of course, I could pull the short straw and be stuck with someone such as SoundChris, Johnfn, or the other orchestral gods, but with some luck it might just happen.
Additionally, after my vague and confusing last post, I can now shed more light on this game company that has hired me. They're called Lethal Lens, and their game Project Icarus is being developed now by an amazing team of people who I've been greatly involved with. I've been spending most of my free time writing music for them, but now I've shifted my focus more towards writing for my own gain as well as for the newgrounds community.
That about wraps up this post. Thanks for reading all three of you that did, and check back soon when I actually put more stuff up.
